Supercharged High Output 1812cc engine
Power delivery from the large displacement, supercharged High Output 1812cc
engine is exhilarating – and the Hyper-Flow jet pump with its 3-blade impeller
helps turn that power into electrifying acceleration. The Electronic Fuel
Injection (EFI) gives smooth power output and efficient, economical running,
even on regular unleaded fuel.
Lightweight NanoXcel® hull and deck
The new, longer hull and deck are constructed from Yamaha's unique NanoXcel®
– which is around 25% lighter than conventional materials – so the FX Cruiser
SHO offers agile handling as well as optimum fuel efficiency. This
latest-generation hull design also delivers more space and stability, with extra
storage and even more ride comfort.
Electronic Throttle Control
Yamaha’s sophisticated Electronic Throttle Control system will delight you
with its 'intelligent' features. You'll use Cruise-Assist to set and maintain
specific speeds, No Wake Mode to navigate with ease through low speed areas
– and to help you manoeuvre more smoothly, Reverse Traction Control will prevent
accidental over-revving in reverse.
New luxuriously practical features
From unique tilt-adjustable steering to new 3-passenger seating – and from
the re-designed stern platform to the deeper step and twin handles for

Quick-Shift Trim System (Q.S.T.S.)®
Unique to Yamaha, QSTS® gives you an incredible advantage over other
watercraft. The comfortable twist-grip gives you click-by-click control,
on-the-fly, of five trim positions within a 24º range. Just imagine – you can
twist and click the trim in as you pull a really tight turn and then trim out
again to blast away at top speed. Awesome.
Remote security with Low-RPM Mode™
This innovative system is an industry-first for Yamaha. One click on the
remote transmitter button engages a special "L" mode (Low RPM) to limit top
speed – ideal for controlled manoeuvring. For your security and peace of mind,
pushing a second button disables the ignition, preventing an accidental start-up
– or an unauthorised joyride.
Clear and stylish instruments
Alongside its stylish, easy-to-read analogue speedo/tacho unit, is a digital
multi-function display with new, centrally positioned buttons that allow fast
access to readouts for speed, distance travelled, fuel level, running hours and
battery voltage. Automatic low fuel, low oil pressure and overheating alerts
keep you informed too.
